  • How to customize the dashboard?

    Scan the QR code that appears after connecting the Whale Ticker to your WiFi. The settings page will open in the browser. This QR code is only displayed if no settings have been made. However, the settings can always be accessed via the settings page. You can bookmark this page in your browser to easily access the settings again later. Make your desired settings. After clicking apply, the settings are displayed by the Whale Ticker

  • How do I connect the device to Wifi?

    The Whale Ticker first starts itself as a WLAN access point in order to connect to your WiFi router. A QR code will appear. Scan this code via a smartphone camera to connect to the access point, then select your WiFi network and enter your password. After saving, the Whale Ticker starts again and tries to connect to the WiFi with the given credentials. If successful, another QR code appears for the settings page.   • How do i access the setting dashboard?

    The best way to get back to the setting dashboard is to save it to your favorites and home screen while you setup the coins rotation. If you missed that step. You can unplugged the device and reconnect it and on the bottom of the screen you will see the IP address http:// Type the http:// address into your browser. And that should open the setting dashboard.

    Update Firmware Via Browser (Settings Page):

    1) from the settings page, go to the about page (link in the footer)
    2) Click on Update, then on Really?
    3) WhaleTicker reboots in update mode

    5) Select the downloaded firmware file and click on update button
