Return/Exchange Policy

You can return/exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, but you must have all the original packaging (box & components inside) to qualify. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds.

Holiday Shoppers: Due to the gifting nature of our products, we will be modifying our return policy to allow enough time for your recipient to return if they wish.  Please provide proof of the gift and have the recipient reach out with the person who placed the order. 

Exchanges/returns will be at purchaser expenses.

If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us by email support@whaleticker.com with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.
