Return/Exchange Policy
You can return/exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Holiday Shoppers: Due to the gifting nature of our products, we will be modifying our return policy to allow enough time for your recipient to return if they wish. Please provide proof of the gift and have the recipient reach out with the person who placed the order.
Exchanges/returns shipping labels will be at purchaser expenses.
If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us by email support@whaleticker.com with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.
