Setup WiFi
The Whale Ticker first starts itself as a WLAN access point in order to connect to your WiFi router.
A QR code will appear. Scan this code via a smartphone camera to connect to the access point, then select your WiFi network and enter your password.
After saving, the Whale Ticker starts again and tries to connect to the WiFi with the given credentials. When successful, another QR code appears for the settings page.
Settings
Use a smartphone to scan the QR code. The settings page will open in the browser.
This QR code is only displayed if no settings have been made. However, the settings can always be accessed via the settings page. You can bookmark this page in your browser to easily access the settings again later.
Make your desired settings. After clicking apply, the settings are displayed by the Whale Ticker.
